Mr. Buckley is President and Chief Executive Officer at Uni-Select Inc. since August 1, 2015. Henry Buckley was appointed Chief Operating Officer at Uni-Select on September 8, 2014. Having held various senior management roles in the industrial distribution sector in the United-States and Canada, he has gained over 30 years of experience in the industry. He was previously Vice President for Specialty Brand Companies and Mergers and Acquisitions at W.W. Grainger Inc. before joining the Uni-Select team. Mr. Buckley has responsibility for the corporate management of Uni-Select inc. and Uni-Select operating companies Uni-Select Canada and FinishMaster, Inc. Mr. Buckley holds a Masters in Business Administration from Queen’s University.
Mr. Bussières is Chief Financial Officer at Uni-Select Inc. since November 30, 2015. Prior to joining Uni-Select, Mr. Bussières spent over 10 years with CAE, a global leader in civil aviation, security, as well as healthcare services, where he held various positions that culminated in the role of Vice President Finance, Simulation Products, Civil Training and Services, which he held for five years. With strong financial and M&A experiences, and recognized as a determined, results and strategy-oriented leader, Eric has coordinated important investment initiatives in Great Britain, India, Malaysia, Europe, Latin America and the United States. Prior to joining CAE, he dedicated fifteen years of his career providing financial counsel to private and public companies with Société Générale, from 1997 to 2005, and the Royal Bank of Canada, from 1991 to 1997. Mr. Bussières holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke.
Brent Windom is President and Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Automotive Group.
Prior to his appointement in July 2017, Mr. Windom was President and Chief Executive Officer of Auto Plus | Pep Boys in the United States. He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry. During his career, he has held various leadership positions and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Uni-Select USA, Inc. His previous experience includes the positions of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Uni-Select North America, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Uni-Select USA, Inc. and Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising for MIddle Atlantic Warehouse Distributor, Inc.
Steve Arndt was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, FinishMaster Inc. in December 2012. He has more than 20 years of experience at FinishMaster. Prior to that, as Vice President, National Sales, Mr. Arndt led the sales force and dedicated himself to gaining market share, increasing operating income, leading acquisitions and developing vendor relationships. Before joining FinishMaster, he worked for Sherwin Williams as a jobber sales representative. He also taught and coached junior high school in Skokie, Illinois. Mr. Arndt grew up working for his family’s automotive paint store in the Chicago suburbs, which was eventually acquired by FinishMaster. Mr. Arndt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981 from Central College, in Pella, Iowa.
Peter joined The Parts Alliance in 2013 as President and Chief Executive Officer and has led the business through 9 acquisitions to position The Parts Alliance as a UK leader. Over the previous 35 years, he has held senior positions in several leading manufacturing and distribution companies, most recently as President EMEA for Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC) and Senior Lead Independent Director (Chairman) for Constantine PLC. Peter holds a BSc in Economics.
Mr Sephton also currently holds a non executive directorship at Nisbets, a leading supplier of catering equipment
Ms. Hotte joined Uni-Select as Senior Manager, Human Resources for Automotive Canada in 2009, and was appointed Vice-President, Human Resources of Uni-Select Inc. in 2012. She has over 20 years experience in strategic human resources management in the distribution, air transport, retail and consumer goods, and finance sectors. Annie Hotte studied human resources at the Université de Montréal and has completed the Perfectionnement des cadres supérieurs program at CIREM-HEC Montreal. She holds an Executive MBA from McGill-HEC Montréal and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Ms. Hotte also sits on the boards of directors of the Automotive Industries Association of Canada and Telecon.
Louis Juneau has been employed by Uni-Select since 2009. He was Senior Director, Legal Affairs until he was named Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary on March 1, 2013. Before he joined Uni-Select, Mr. Juneau worked for seven years as Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary for an automotive parts manufacturer and distributor and previously for major law and accountants firms. He is a Member of the Quebec Bar since 1991 and holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the HEC Montreal.
