The Carrossier ProColor Network Donates $15,000 to Communities Affected by Spring Flooding

Montreal, May 9, 2017 – The Carrossier ProColor network, a member of CSN Collision Centres, announced it will donate $15,000 to the Canadian Red Cross as instructed by the Government of Quebec to help families who are severely affected by the recent spring flooding throughout Quebec.

“It is our duty to provide support to those affected, including many of our franchisees, employees and clients. By offering a donation to the Red Cross, we are very pleased to help the communities of Quebec," said Michel Charbonneau, Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, Uni-Select Canada.

There are more than 100 volunteers from the Red Cross working in shifts every day in twelve information centres situated in flood-impacted regions to provide support. All donations will be used to meet the basic needs of those who have been the most affected including helping families relocate to hotels or providing food vouchers. To date, 1,940 people have been forced to evacuate in more than 170 municipalities following spring floods of unprecedented magnitude in Quebec.
